after the serve you must bounce out –getting your racquet up and centered
one of the biggest skills — is to shake off the last point– win or lose it is gone– get ready to play the next
on the one handed backhand stretch the tip of the racquet to the court
on the jam shot –pull your step in leg away from the shot to create the space to swing
after you hit you must recover moving to a centered position and get your racquet up and in front of your body
when the tossing arm releases the ball have it come down softly onto the body
to serve and volley — get the toss in front of you and land running
after your serve you need to bounce out to get ready for the return
