at times you have to hit it–no time to run around

to get the toss in  front lean in

a trick to help keep your tossing arm up– after fingers to the sky–turn the hand in or flatten the hand

attack the serve by getting inside the court

breathe in and exhale by puffing your cheeks out 

slight lead with the the bottom edge of the racquet

racquet dipped almost  to the ground

keep the tossing arm up a beat and sight the toss through that hand

expand the court with a short angle
