when coming to the net and the ball is hit low in front of you– pull up – let it bounce– and hit it 

on the drop shot hit to you -fly in

when the lob goes over your head run and chase it

use your legs to spring up for more power 

stay balanced

try and give the return a full ride

return partner in between the lines– goes in or back based on the return

both sides in the offense spots

as you add your knees have straight line of arc

ground stroke hit on fly outside of the box

between the points reset the computer and focus on how to play the next point

on the point blank overhead –charge it up– and pound

both arms go up at the same time 

insult the server and step up and attack the return from inside the court 

when the toss goes up take one step in before you take a split step
