on the upper incoming shot hit a volley

on the low volley keep the racquet head up

at times you reach up and make a safe

even flying stay core balanced

get way back on the lob and hit a bounce overhead

on the backhand preparation elbows in  dip the racquet 

tan blocks like  a volley on the return

on serve return level feet 

get into the court and attack the return

keep the tossing arm to sight the toss
