on the two handed backhand we like both elbows up

follow the ball all the way in

on the quick pickup shot seal the ground

topspin– follow through on the hit side

kiss the shoulder and rotate over the should

run around  and hit the overhead

on the low ball it is easier to get to the ground– open  the racquet face  upland dig it out

get the racquet and knee below the incoming ball

slight the toss through the tossing arms hand 

make sure you see and acknowledge the play

at the net get the ball-hog the middle

lots of baby fist pumps 

when you join your partner at the net form a wall 

try and lob to the backhand side
