step up and do a full body hit

split step just before the serve is hit

holding the original stance through the serve

on the two handed backhand get both elbows up on the follow through

outside the box — a ground stoke on a fly

hold the tossing arm for a beat and sight the toss through the   tossing hand 

step up and rotate through

use your legs to spring up into the serve

a ground stoke on the fly outside the services box

when you arc — the line should be straight 

take one step in when the toss goes up

fingers to the sky palm facing the server

bring the tossing arm unto the body

other hand on the racquet and lower rotation  position
