get as low as you can to make the shot

keep your eyes on the hit spot a beat past the hit

talk to your coach

ground stroke on a fly 

pre set the wrist on the serve by putting racquet face to the sky

to get a tight pull back get your shoulder to your chin on the backhand

lean into the serve

get the back knee below the incoming flight path

  you got to come out of it– give more head speed

  why not

baby fist pump– shake the stick

attack the net –close in

as much as possible cover the lob on your side
