on the backhand volley– racquet reaches in front of your body– racquet head slightly higher than your wrist– baby slide the slice
on the tossing arm hold it up after the toss release and sight the ball through your tossing hand
on the jam shot you can still step in but away from the shot to create space to hit
on the serve motion the hit is like throwing a football- it is both up and out– you need the toss in front of you
on the slice backhand you want to early set the bottom edge of the racquet
either foot what foot is in front doesn’t matter — at some point you need to balance and hit
