you want to track the incoming ball all the way to the center of your racquet
when the tossing arm comes down have it come softly onto your body– prevents opening up early
on the I formation the net player goes to the middle and ducks down– some put the non racquet hand down for better balance —
the reverse angle volley is a great shot against the back player
at the net get your racquet up and centered in front of you
between the points turn your back and put your eyes to the racquet–reset your play computer –erase the last shot–plan the next point
to get the triple hand hip and shoulder rotation the front hip has to open up
if there is a chance to use a shot that you consider your weapon use it
eye habits need to be developed–when to hit and when to let it go
just before the opponent hits you want to do your split step
the players interact with the their coaches all the time–between the points let it happen
on the serve follow through to the catch–it helps preparation for the next shot
