ideally when you lob you would like it to go to the backhand side
keep your eyes where the ball was for a beat
track the incoming shot all the way into the center of your racquet
keep your tossing arm up and sight the toss through the tossing hand
on the short incoming ball step up and hit a full power shot
when you add your knee bend get your heals off the ground
if you bring your foot in– bring your back foot into the front foot
maintain your foot spread through the hit
yanking– finishing up on the start side
when the approach is down the line hedge slightly in that direction on the volley set up– that bisects the passing angle
go back as far as you can to obsorb the power serve
try and expand your attack zone- attack the good minus shot
when the tossing arm comes down have it softly collapse onto the body– prevent the shoulders from opening up too soon
go big on the return and hit the run around shot
even if you go over the shoulder have a big up and out on the follow through
