on return relax before starting the attack ritual

ground stroke on a fly — outside the box

at times just up and out

on the back swing place the racquet face  down– you have to come out of it for more head speed

attack the serve by getting into the court

on the serve – elbow up. racquet bottom label up eyes up

serve and go

get in the air to create a better hit zone
