by coiling more you get more rotation power
to rotate through you need to have the front hip open up by having the front foot point towards the net
if you jump stay core balanced
like all your shots– see the hit
move in on the angle to cut off the run of the shot
on the serve you go up and out on the hit
tuck your shoulder in to help get coil on the backhand
put the racquet face down on the preparation– you have to come out of it– helps racquet head speed
like the angle volley– soft steer- same effect as a drop shot
on the short incoming ball punish it and step up into the court
on the low incoming ball you must seal the ground
when the opposite net player gets point blank be a chicken and survive
when you cross over –stay over- the back person crosses over
after the toss release have the arm come down unto the body –prevents opening the hips and shoulders too soon
