on the rotation both feet come around–let’s you bring the backside through on the hit
on the volley keep your feet moving
it doesn’t matter what foot goes forward
on the backhand volley keep your racquet head up and hand up through the shot
find the middle
more both go for the middle ball
when you go to the slice shot set the angle of the racquet during your preparation
one of the reasons to add a one handed backhand is for range expansion
move through the short ball
on the high incoming ball if you have a one handed backhand often the slice is the shot of choice
on the tossing arm release incline the arm out slightly
on the backhand volley –racquet head above the wrist –hit point in front of the body
square up the hit point
breath in exhale out on each shot–puff the cheeks out
