to get the big racquet drop down you need to have a jello wrist
spring up on front leg to bring the ball into a better hit zone
on the 2 handed backhand get both elbows up on the follow through
step up and still get under and balance
on the low volley– knees go down– racquet head stays up
square up the hit point in front of the body
use your legs to spring up and in on the serve
stau under the incoming shot and still hit up
here is a knee catch– does not matter where– just have a constant catch
