on the serve a choice is to drop the racquet down on the start

on the serve hit up and out– throw your  your racquet but don’t throw your racquet

raise up–still a volley

run around the forehand and hit

if you are bringing the back foot in  bring the feet together

on the return relax the start position

full swing no bounce

bring your backside through together with your hands

use your legs to spring in on the serve

hit the ball in front of your body
